Photochromic - A photochromic lens is an optical lens that darkens on exposure to light of sufficiently high frequency, most commonly ultraviolet (UV) radiation. In the absence of activating light the lenses return to their clear state. They are principally used in eyeglasses that are dark in bright sunlight, but clear in low ambient light conditions. They darken significantly within about a minute of exposure to bright light, and take somewhat longer to clear.

100% UV400 - All Gyron sunglasse protect you from of both UVA and UVB light. This includes those labeled as "100% UV Protection", which blocks all light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers. (This covers all of UVA and UVB rays.)

Decentered lens - In order to maintain maximum peripheral vision, wrapped-framed sunglasses have become a standard in fashion and performance. Consequently, a highly curved lens must be used. In order to maintain optical clarity, a lens where the optical center is offset from the mechanical center is required to properly align with the eye.

Polycarbonated lens - Polycarbonate lenses are the safe choice for children, athlets and fun sportes. It is unbreakable, provide the ultimate in impact resistance, Suitable for sports and safety sunglasses. It has 100% UV protection.

Polarized lens - Glare is caused by concentrated light reflecting off surface like water, sand, road, snow and ice. Glare reduce your ability to see clear and makes it nearly impossible to see into the water. With the Gyron GP Polarized sunglasses it will reduce the annoying and sometimes dangerous glare and offer you more comfort.

Adjustable nose pads - The Gyron adjustable nose pads can be tailored for a custom fit, giving you more control and comfort wearing the sunglass.

High contrast lens - For example on the golf course, if the lens can block the green color more, the curve of the wavelength diagram drops more at the wavelength at 550 ~ 600nm, which is for green light. This will offer you more comfort and contrast.

Optical clip - For the best performance you can adjust your prescription lenses in your sports sunglasses.

Flex temples - The Gyron Flex Temples offers you more control and comfort. The temples can be tailored for a custom fit.

The Gyron Hurricane is a sporty lightweight full frame sports glasses with a Photochromic or Polarized lens and a matte black TR frame. The flexible arms and adjustable nose pads ensure comfortable wearing. The Gyron Hurricane comes with 2 extra lenses, transparent and orange(except the Photochromic).

The Gyron Hurricane is available in two versions:: - polarized Lens : 6.5C - CAT.3 smoke; -PC Lens : 6.5C - photochromic Cat1-CAT3
